Award-winning You Make It is looking for a new Treasurer!

Since we were founded over a decade ago, we've been delivering life changing holistic programmes for hundreds of unemployed Black and Asian women, 83% of whom are now in paid employment or working on their own and largely creative start ups.

We now also run You Change It, an innovative and challenging anti racism allyship programme which has been delivered to teams of clients across a range of industries.
