Do you want to become connected to other women like you and professionals who can inspire and motivate you to learn about yourself and your potential?

Our programme, next launching in autumn 2021, won't just support you to define where you want to get in life, but also encourage you to prioritise your overall health and wellbeing. You could be awarded a place worth £5000 and start accessing a combination of online workshops, guest talks, weekly mentoring, fortnightly therapy and social activities to empower you to see beyond the limits of lockdown and build your confidence, networks and vision.
We've worked with almost 330 women over the last 10 years. Here's what some of them had to say about their transformational YMI journeys:

Who are we looking for?

We know from our own experiences that not everyone is born into luck, but we also know that with the right support and encouragement you can really get what you want and deserve in life. If you think this sounds like you and you're aged between 18-30, currently unemployed or underemployed and living in East London - we'd love to talk!

Fill out the short form below and one of our team will call you for a relaxed, warm conversation about where you're at in life, what you want to achieve and what you'd need from us.

It is a privilege to support the charity, to inspire other young women to achieve their ambitions and to answer any questions about the programme. I want to pass on the positive knowledge and confidence they gave me.
