- Become a Mentor: Or sponsor your staff to receive mentorship training where they’ll learn the transferable Leadership Skills needed to support a young woman on our empowerment programme.
- Host a Work Placement: Offer short work placements to talented and diverse young women, enhancing their industry experience while engaging with and learning from rising talent.
- Sponsor our Programme: Directly fund places for women on our 16-week empowerment programme.
- Access You Change It: Our anti-racism allyship course helps employers deepen their understanding of racism in the UK, providing practical tools to enhance representation, inclusion and career-progression for Black and global majority talent in the workplace.
